Questions and answers
What does it cost?
The first 100 members are free for as long as they are members. After that the price rises in levels as we grow, and the price you join at is locked for as long as you are a member. The current price is shown next to the Join button, VAT included.
What is included in the membership?
The community and everything under What you get, for as long as you are a member. Sittings with mediums are paid separately, and some books, courses and retreats are sold at a member price.
How does payment work?
You pay in the Stripe checkout, monthly or yearly, and the price includes VAT. You handle receipts and change your card yourself in the app, under My membership. As one of the 100 early members you pay nothing.
How do I cancel my membership?
You cancel your membership yourself in the app, under My membership, whenever you like. If you come back later, the price at that time applies. An early member who cancels gives up their free place, and it does not pass on to anyone else.
How do the live sessions work?
Every week we hold practice circles, guided meditations and Q&A sessions. The sessions for the week are in the calendar in the app, and you get a reminder before they start. You take part through a video link, and every session is recorded and added to the library, so you can watch it afterwards.
What is in the meditation collection?
Guided meditations to listen to in the app whenever you like: for relaxation, for sleep and for inner journeys, such as a journey down to meet your guide. The meditations are created by Tre Andetag, some with the help of AI, and the collection keeps growing.
Can I try before I join?
Yes. Once a month we hold an open session that anyone can join. You sign up with your email address, without an account.
How do you handle my details?
Being part of a spiritual community can count as sensitive personal data, so we treat the details of every member as sensitive. Profiles are only visible to members who are logged in, locations are rounded to a town or area, and you can export and delete your details yourself.
